Take Store Credit Payments

To take store credit payments for POS orders, you must add the customer to the order before going to the payment screen.

Note that the customer must have been issued store credit already. You cannot issue store credit from the POS tool.

Add Customers to Orders

  1. After adding items onto the order, press the [Select a Customer] button.
  2. Search for and select the desired customer.
  3. Review Customer Info. Edit info if needed.
  4. Close the customer side panel.

Pay With Store Credit

  1. After adding the customer to the order, press the [Pay] button.
  2. On the Payment window, under Payment Options, press the [Store Credit] button. The button should display the customer's available store credit at the time.
