How do I print PO barcodes to scan in the Quick Receive tool?

The newest update to the handheld (Version 1.4.2) has the Quick Receive tool and shows the ability to start by scanning an item or a PO. However, it won't allow the scanning of a UPC at that stage. It wants a PO entered first, but our POs don't have a barcode of any kind. Is that a feature I just can't find in the system?

Answer

The printing of barcodes on the POs is not something we can turn off and on. That functionality was designed for a customer that already had barcodes on their POs. For all other customers, there is the [Manual Entry] button that would need to be pressed and then the PO numbers entered manually.
