Question

I was looking at the Product Receiving Tool today and had a question on the purpose of the 'Special Photos' and 'Direct to Photo' buttons.

Answer

Yes, the "Special Photos" tool is used when a user wants to allocate photos exclusively for a particular item.

The "Direct to Photo" tool is used by the user when they'd like an item, or set of items, to go directly to their photographer instead of being shelved or put away. This is an alternate workflow. If interested, please speak with RetailOps Support to see if this workflow would be beneficial to you.
