What is the best way to record payments taken outside of RetailOps?

Question

An issue with payment occurred and we've had to take payment outside of RetailOps. What is the best way to record this in RO?

Answer

You can either use Trade Credit or Store Credit on the order to reflect payment. If using Trade Credit, you must make sure that Trade Credit is enabled in your instance first. Please contact RetailOps Support to get this done.
