Cancel Payments

As of RetailOps Version 1.6.38, you may now cancel payments made in Cash, Trade Credit, or Store Credit. This allows customer service reps flexibility in case customers change their minds regarding the type of payment used or in case there was some error in entry.


  1. Open the order for which you'd like to cancel payment.
  2. In the bottom-left corner, switch to the Payment tab. Select the payment to be canceled.
  3. Right-click on the payment. Select Cancel Transaction.
