Change or Upgrade Application Versions

Quickly and easily upgrade your account to the newest version of RetailOps, or revert to a previous version. To find release notes for all the latest versions, check out our Announcements Section.

  1. Navigate to to Administration > System Config > Application Version

  2. Select the Build to which you'd like to upgrade.

  3. To test the build before upgrading your account, press the [Test Version] button. This allows you to preview the version in your browser window only. Other users will be unaffected.

  4. To upgrade your account, press the [Upgrade Account] button. This will upgrade the account for all users. (Please note- any users which are logged in to the old version will need to log out, and log back in to see the newly upgraded version.)
