I’ve entered a search using a “Date Created” filter but RO returns search results outside of the time window specified. Why is that?

The “Date Created” filter uses the UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) time zone. To use the filter correctly for a different time zone, you must specify an offset from UTC time. You can find a list of UTC time offsets here.

For example, say you want to filter for orders created on 4/15/2015. Your time zone is Pacific Time (PT), which requires an offset of -08:00. You would enter the following search string:

date_created: [2015-04-15T-08:00 TO 2015-04-15T-08:00]
