If you are having technical difficulty with the handheld app, restarting the app or the handheld device itself solves the majority of issues.
Restart the RetailOps App
- From the Home screen, double-click the [Home] button.
- Press and hold the RetailOps app icon for 2 seconds. Press the [-] button to close the app.
- Reopen the RO app and test the scanner.
